Britannic Technologies Achieve Platinum Partner status with 8x8

Guildford, 1st May 2022 – Over the last 18 months Britannic Technologies and 8x8 have worked together as partners to help businesses and organisations digitalise their workplaces and improve the employee and customer experience through their integrated cloud-native platform. Britannic has proved to be an integral and valuable value-added reseller for 8x8 and is one of the few in the UK to have been awarded Platinum Partner status.
This award is the highest partner accreditation possible with 8x8 and reflects the strong working relationship that has been developed at all levels within the two organisations. Britannic has made significant investment in training and support for 8x8, being qualified to the highest level. As a Platinum Partner Britannic will have access to further resources throughout the 8x8 organisation enabling them to build further on their high levels of customer service and management.
