As a result, Britannic has strengthened its position as a trusted advisor in offering Zoom Phone and Zoom’s Customer Experience solutions to customers.

Britannic is also excited to introduce NetX Direct Routing where calls are routed through its SIP platform, enabling organisations to seamlessly integrate Zoom with their existing phone systems, resulting in a seamless, cohesive end-user experience.

Britannic demonstrated they are a perfect partner for Zoom by achieving three Zoom Up Partner Program competencies and their shared ethos of working closely with customers to understand their communications challenges and translating business needs into system design.

The three Zoom Up Partner Program competencies are for:
1) Zoom Phone – proficiencies in utilising Zoom’s cloud-based phone system and the technical expertise of integrating it with other platforms and communications tools.
2) Zoom Contact Centre Competency – the ability to sell Zoom Customer Experience solutions (ZCX) to customers. Britannic had to demonstrate they fully understand the features and benefits of Zoom Contact Centre but more importantly, can identify customers’ needs and pain points and articulate how Zoom’s solutions can help solve them.
3) ZCX Contact Centre Implementation Competency – having the technical skills to implement and deploy Zoom Contact Centre solutions.
