Ross serves as COO of Trailfinders and has over 20 years experience in the travel industry.
With a background as the former Sales Director and more recently as Technology Development Director, Ross is well placed to view the business through multiple lenses, whilst driving the company's technical advancements to enhance customer experience and streamline operations. A keen innovator and embracer of new and emerging technologies, Ross works with a large team of in-house, like minded developers to ensure that Trailfinders remain at the forefront of the travel industry and continue to set the standard in customer experience and service levels.

With a rapidly changing landscape, both from a customer and technological perspective, Ross will outline some of the challenges faced on the journey so far and how they have been overcomed.
Acknowledging that modern technologies offer new solutions to both existing and new problems. He will also highlight, that in his experience, technology is simply a part of the solution and describes what other key ingredients are essential to ensure a successful transition from an idea to implementation.
